Privacy Policy for iOS and iPadOS Apps and Games

This privacy policy explains how I, Sebastian Mikolai alias "Herr der Töne", collect, store, use, or otherwise process personal data of end users of my Apps that are available in the Apple App Store and what rights you have if I am processing any of your personal data.

"Apps" refers to any App and Game I released on the Apple App Store. "Your data" is used to refer to personal data that relates to you as an identified or identifiable individual.

By installing my Apps you agree to this privacy policy. You can reach me by info@herrdertoene.de. Use this adress if you have any concerns about the way I might use your data.

My Apps use only services provided by Apple. For information on data stored by Apple services, please refer to Apple’s Privacy Policy. I do not store personal or gameplay data on my servers. Also I do not share any data with third parties.

This also means that no data is send to the developer. All data described here is stored locally on your device or sent to Apple e.g. for Game Center or iCloud.

What get's stored?

All apps

Some of my Apps use iCloud to sync data across all of your devices. iCloud is a service by Apple so please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy. If you're not logged in to iCloud, all data will be stored locally.

If you do wish to delete your data, remove the App from all your devices and remove all records from iCloud.

Games only

To participate in Apple's Game Center my Apps collect your Apple Game Center Team Player ID and your progress in the Game (e.g. unlocked levels, scores and achievements). If you're not logged in to Game Center, this information will be stored locally and if your logged in to iCloud they will be synced across devices. If you're not logged in to iCloud or Game Center everything will be stored locally.

To stop sending data to Game Center, you must sign out of Game Center in Apple Settings. You will not appear on leaderboards anymore.
